Workplace Relations & Safety Lawyer, 2+ years PAE
Our Employment and Safety team understands the delicate nature of employment and work, health and safety issues, and is renowned for its knowledge and expertise. The team’s focus is on assisting clients to minimise the risk of workplace conflicts, provide a safe and fair workplace for employees, and comply with constantly evolving laws and legislation.
You will work as part of a collegiate team and provide workplace relations and safety services with an outcome focused and practical business orientated approach.Â

Property Legal Assistant
Our Property team works closely with a broad range of clients, providing practical and commercially focused advice across acquisitions, developments and property transactions. The team is known for its responsiveness, attention to detail and ability to deliver efficient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
You will work as part of a collaborative and supportive team, assisting across a variety of property matters with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
We take the time to understand our clients’ objectives and pride ourselves on delivering high quality service and seamless support throughout every stage of a matter.
About the Role
You will support two Law Clerks and the broader Property team, with responsibilities including:
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing incoming calls and assisting with client enquiries
- File management, including opening and closing matters
- Diary and appointment coordination
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Billing and timesheet entry
- General administrative support as required

About you
- Experience in a legal assistant role, ideally within property
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate team needs
- Strong communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (essential)
- Experience with iManage, Affinity, PEXA, DocuSign and SRO Duties Online (desirable)

Commercial Litigation Lawyer, 2 to 4 years PAE
We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 2 to 4 years’ PAE to join our growing team and build a long-term career in commercial litigation.
In addition to the solid reputation of our insolvency practice, the services we provide in Litigation and Dispute Resolution include initiating and defending disputes in all Courts, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution, administrative tribunal hearings, enforcement of business agreements, contractual disputes, building and construction litigation, property and lease disputes and commercial contract disputes.
We seek a committed, dynamic self-starter and in return we offer a collaborative and supportive environment which focuses on great commercial outcomes for our clients and a genuine focus on developing our people. The position will also provide exposure and the opportunity to work across all broader areas of the Litigation team.
About you
- 2 to 4 years proven PQE/PAE within commercial litigation, ideally with a broad mix of commercial litigation and insolvency experience.
- Be driven to deliver a professional and high level of service to clients.
- You will bring strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills.Â
- Provide reliable and timely advice; take ownership of your work and support others.
- Be confident dealing with people at all levels.
- Easy to work with, approachable and work well under pressure.
