Highly motivated and practically minded, Sonam works closely with clients to keep them up-to-date and informed and always aims to ensure that a realistic approach is taken towards achieving an objective.  

Sonam has strong litigation experience gained from working on variety of disputes across contractual, property & construction, consumer law and corporate restructuring as well as some insolvency, employment and major corporate litigation matters in her private practice roles in Melbourne and Auckland.

Working closely with a number of partners to support a diverse client base, she undertakes a wide variety of litigation matters including:

• commercial litigation involving complex contractual disputes;
• construction disputes;
• property disputes;
• consumer law disputes;
• corporate restructure disputes;
• insolvency and liquidations;
• employment litigation; and
• dispute resolution and mediation
