Alexander is a Senior Associate in Madgwicks’ Commercial and Corporate team. He regularly assists and advises on mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, contracts, share and asset sale agreements, FIRB applications and general corporate governance. He also has a passion for intellectual property and information system implementation and contractual protection.

Alexander’s analytical approach, combined with his ability to distil complex legal issues into clear, actionable advice, makes him a valued advisor for clients navigating multifaceted corporate and commercial matters. He is able to read and write in French.
