On 4 September last week we had the privilege of welcoming to our offices at Madgwicks Lawyers, Mr Demetris Skourides, Chief Scientist for Research, Innovation & Technology and Advisor to the President of the Republic of Cyprus to address a gathering of distinguished guests, business leaders, professional services advisors and innovators. Those present were fortunate to hear a first hand account of the Republic of Cyprus’ innovation and technology ecosystems, relevant considerations for those seeking to establish and/or conduct business in Cyprus and most notably, an insight into of the country’s vision for 2035.

We extend our thanks to Mr George Georgiou, President of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce in Australia and Mr James Demetriou AM for facilitating the function and providing Madgwicks with the opportunity to co-host the event.
