With experience in both private practice and as a regulator at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), Liselle has a unique skillset that simultaneously addresses commercial and compliance considerations.

In private practice, Liselle has worked on commercial matters spanning all facets of company law, from drafting shareholder and share sale agreements to advising on corporate governance and policy issues. Liselle has also been involved in significant mergers and acquisitions transactions, working with both listed and unlisted companies. As a regulator at ASIC, Liselle monitored corporate fundraising, reviewing disclosure documents and initial public offering (IPO) activities in conjunction with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

Liselle has also worked as a legal writer and editor for a global online platform, developing practical guidance in the field of mergers and acquisitions law. As the Precedents Lawyer, Liselle’s legal experience and keen eye for detail ensures that Madgwicks’ documents are drafted to the highest standard.

Liselle holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Hons) from Monash University.
