Her work includes managing trade mark portfolios, advising on registrability and infringement, coordinating domestic and international filings and representing clients in opposition proceedings. Rebecca also assists with investigations into trade mark use and provides guidance on common law rights.

Holding a Graduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice, Rebecca also supports the firm’s franchising team, where her attention to detail and client-focused mindset contribute to strong, effective outcomes.
