With more than 35 years of experience, Debra is a highly experienced lawyer who has managed major disputes in the Supreme and Federal Courts and advised high-net-worth clients on complex private wealth matters.

Debra provides comprehensive advice across all aspects of wills and estates, including asset protection, business succession planning, family trusts and the preparation of complex wills incorporating testamentary discretionary and mandatory trusts. Her extensive background in succession, tax, trust, and corporations law enables her to develop tailored, forward-thinking estate planning solutions that protect her clients’ wealth across generations.

Her practice also extends to Powers of Attorney, self-managed superannuation funds, and estate administration matters.
