With more than 35 years of experience spanning three of Melbourne’s largest law firms and Madgwicks, Peter is recognised for his attention to detail, analytical approach and ability to anticipate both challenges and opportunities in complex transactions.

An expert in mergers and acquisitions, finance and contract drafting, Peter has advised clients across a wide range of industries in both the private and public sectors. And often collaborates with taxation specialists to develop appropriate strategies well before transactions occur to ensure the best possible outcome.

Peter is admitted to practice in the Federal and High Courts of Australia and also in Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia and Queensland. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
