Peter co-founded Madgwicks Lawyers in 1975 at just 24 years of age and over the following 50 years has developed a leading practice in the areas of insolvency, corporate reconstruction, commercial advice and commercial litigation.
Peter uses his legal and commercial acumen to navigate clients through complex legal processes with the aim of minimising loss or allowing a business to resolve problems and continue to trade. To achieve these outcomes Peter provides commercial advice and strategy, develops workout schemes and negotiates on behalf of clients with government, banks and corporate lenders.
Underpinning his practice is a team of expert commercial litigation solicitors trained by Peter. This team enables the firm to handle large and complex commercial litigation and corporate reconstructions.
