Ashlea is an Associate, Lawyer in Madgwicks’ Corporate and Commercial team, practising across corporate structuring and restructuring, property acquisitions, taxation matters and business succession and estate planning.
With two decades of experience in the legal industry, Ashlea brings a depth of practical knowledge and commercial understanding to every matter. Having begun her career as a paralegal and later as a Legal Executive with the Institute of Legal Executives (Victoria), she combines technical expertise with a grounded, solutions-focused approach that aligns with her clients’ business and personal objectives.
Ashlea holds a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University and was admitted to practice in 2022.
