Rebecca specialises in trade mark portfolio management including advice in relation to registrability and infringement, trade mark monitoring and watching, filing and prosecution of domestic and international trade mark, opposition proceedings against accepted trade marks, advice on trade mark and common law infringement, and investigation of trade mark use.

Rebecca has obtained a graduate certificate in trade mark law and practice.
