Marie-Anne is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Property Law and has held various senior positions throughout her career, demonstrating her leadership and proficiency in property law. She brings extensive property and general law experience to the team, having refined her expertise to specialise in a wide array of property law matters, including:
- Acting for property developers including conducting due diligence for complex commercial land acquisitions and dispositions for commercial, industrial and residential development sites
- Negotiating complex contracts and agreements for residential and commercial land transactions and development sites, including off the plan master contracts
- Commercial and retail leasing for a range of different properties including shopping centres, commercial and industrial developments
- Advising as to owners' corporations
- Assisting clients transitioning to independent living and retirement village apartments through review and advice on contract documentation
