As Principal Lawyer and Head of Madgwicks’ Property and Construction team, recognised as a Property Team of the Year Finalist at the Australian Law Awards, Laurance is known for his leadership, strategic guidance and ability to deliver results in complex transactions.

He acts for developers (residential, commercial and industrial), financiers, investors and corporate clients, providing practical, commercially focused advice across all stages of the property lifecycle from structuring and funding to acquisition, development and completion.
