  • Advising on and implementing project finance, including security and mezzanine debt financing arrangements.
  • In conjunction with the firm’s tax practitioners, advising on the project’s tax consequences and implications for the client, in particular, Capital Gains Tax, GST, stamp duty and land tax issues.
